This museum houses the world's most comprehensive collection of works by Louis Comfort Tiffany (1848-1933). Exhibits include leaded-glass lamps, jewelry, and Tiffany's chapel interior from the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago. Art and architectural objects from his Long Island country estate, Laurelton Hall, are also on display. His sculpture gardens feature works of art created after he suffered a debilitating stroke which left him partially paralyzed.
