Get ready for more Florida fun as Universal breaks ground on its fourth theme park. While details of this new attraction are being kept under wraps for now, we do know it will be Epic—as in the park's name, Epic Universe. We don't have a timeline of when the park may open, however we know that the wait will be worth it. The Location
Epic Universe will encompass 750 acres near the Orange County Convention Center. Located a few miles south of its sister parks, Epic Universe more than doubles Universal's acreage in Orlando.
There's Adventure
No Florida theme park is complete without a roller coaster and we know that there at least two planned for the site. Several indoor rides, a towering palace, and large pools of water are also planned for Epic Universe. Again, the details are secretive for now so we can't wait to see the theme park upon completion.
Epic Entertainment
An entertainment center, shops, and restaurants will add value for those in the family or group who just aren't into roller coasters. Universal is known for entertaining, so we're especially excited to learn more as information continues to develop!
It's a Magical Place for Creating Memories
A sneak peek at the logo and concept art shows us this is something to behold. The new release from Universal Studios states that "guests will venture beyond their wildest imagination, traveling into beloved stories and through vibrant lands on adventures where the journey is as astounding as the destination." That sounds magical to us!
