What to do at Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida

Planning a trip out to Disney Springs, but not sure how to spend your time there? There’s quite a bit to do in this newly-renovated complex. Known for years as Disney Village or Downtown Disney, today the newly revitalized location offers an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Here are a few of our favorite spots:

The Boathouse

If you're looking for waterfront dining this American steakhouse is sure to hit the spot! With Florida style surf and turf cuisine and retro dream boats, the entire family will have a delicious and memorable time. When you're done dining be sure to take a ride in one of the vintage American Amphicars.

Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe

This casual eatery serves up delicious Asian-Californian fusion cuisine. Try truly interesting takes on simple favorites like pizza, sandwiches, and ravioli—the same quality dishes that made Wolfgang Puck famous.

Disney's Candy Cauldron

Sweets and a show are on the menu at Disney’s Candy Cauldron, with the show kitchen turning out some truly fantastic treats.

World of Disney

If you’re in Disney Springs, and you have even a little interest in Disney, World of Disney is quite the stop. This massive character store sells everything Disney, from clothes to collectibles and more.

Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop

If you love ice cream or chocolate, you’re going to get one heck of an experience at Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop. Excellent service and a great atmosphere make this a must-see location.

Dockside Margaritas

Designed after a 1960s Florida fruit-stand, this pleasant little bar serves margaritas, frozen drinks, and beer along with live entertainment. If you want to sit in the shade and enjoy a drink under a pleasant atmosphere, add this to your to-do list. It’s a great place to cap off your evening after exploring the rest of Disney Springs.

Waterside Stage

If you’re looking for high quality live entertainment, the Waterside Stage—also known as Marketplace Stage--is the place to be. Featuring regular shows for free beneath the lovely Florida sun, it’s a great stop for memorable entertainment.

La Nouba by Cirque du Soleil

A show only seen at the custom-built freestanding Cirque du Soleil theatre at Disney Springs, make sure you get your tickets to this exciting show in advance!
