Recently we were asked what makes Jeeves different from our competitors and this gave us pause for thought. When you are used to doing things the right way it can be hard to imagine any other way to do them.  At Jeeves we focus on what’s in the best interest of the luxury home owners and of the customers who book their luxury Orlando vacation through us.

Relationship with Luxury Property Owners

Where our owners are concerned, we have made the conscious decision to wear one hat and wear it well, not doing real estate or furniture packages and so any advice that we give to the homeowners concerning all aspects of their property is purely in their best interest. We build personal relationships with our owners to ensure they feel comfortable contacting us any time with an issue or concern as we want them to feel confident that their home is looked after and that we have their best interest in mind.  We are available to advise them on anything, from deciding on themed rooms, to choosing their decors or interior designer, to assist with designing the perfect floor plans to suit their needs and those of their guests for new build custom homes. Our relationship grows and when out-of-state owners come into town for example, we leave them a complimentary welcome package of essential groceries. Many of our owners have been with us for a long time, they have seen our company and reputation grow due in part to the dedication we have to them personally and their luxury homes.  We believeit’s important to build these relationships so that they can feel secure in trusting us with their precious investments especially as many of them live thousands of miles away. We treat their homes exactly as we would want ours to be taken care of with attention to detail which means learning any specific areas that our owners highlight. We, the owners of Jeeves, will personally meet every homeowner and we have enjoyed taking them to special events such as basketball or soccer games, Disney yacht cruises and dinner at outstanding local restaurants. We recognize that these owners are not only investing in property but alsoinvesting in Jeeves by choosing us to rent  and manage their luxury property through our company, just as much as we are investing in them.   

Luxury Guest Services

Guests to our luxury homes receive Jeeves’ full range of supportive services with our  customer service standard of excellence.  Each home is inspected thoroughly before the guests arrive to make sure that everything is in exceptional working order and we have an entire support team staff whom they can access any time for help with any contingencies. We use high quality toiletries and include essential starter supplies but our guests can order a variety of pre-selected or custom Grocery Welcome Packs to avoid rushing to the grocery store upon arrival. We can also provide cribs, high chairs, strollers, wheelchairs and more hire items to suit the guests needs.  We are also happy to recommend accredited child care services to parents looking for some alone time to relax together. Our concierge team helps our guests to plan special occasions including birthdays, weddings and corporate events and they can provide advice on theme parks, including helping our guests to find the best theme park prices and the best restaurants in town. We also hire limousine services as needed or we can have a rental car ready in your driveway. We can even recommend a professional masseuse and professional private chef and arrange for special character or magician visits to entertain the kids! 

Open Door Policy 

We do not believe in operating under an "appointment only" policy. The doors to our offices are always open, bothguests and homeowners can call into our new offices located opposite the main entrance to Reunion resort at any time.  We pride ourselves in having an open door policy because we want our homeowners to get to know our staff and build relationships with them.  Similarly, we want our guests who may have been interacting via telephone and email with our staff to be able to put a name to the face of the person who has been assisting them with their dream vacation!  At Jeeves we are proud of professional look of our company with our staff all wear uniforms and our vehicles are all marked visibly with our logo. 

One of a Kind Staff

At Jeeves the staff are part of our family.  We have an employee of the month event which is announced to our owners in the monthly newsletter we send out and  we celebrate everyone’s birthday with cake. Every few months we arrange a social event with our staff such as bowling night in Downtown Disney, Escapology, and Wild Florida tours and more recently a family BBQ afternoon. During our busiest periods, at the end of the day we sometimes buy appetizers and drinks for our staff to thank them for working so hard. We like to foster an environment in which they can come to us with any concerns. Although we are growing quickly and frequently hiring new people, we have employees who have been with us since the very beginning and everyone is equally important ensuring the wheels of our operation turn smoothly.
