After considering their unique, luxury accommodations and the activities they enjoyed on their trip, they decided that they would like to build their own custom, luxury mansion in Kissimmee.
The family stayed in a four bedroom house during their first experience with a luxury vacation home. While this was plenty of room for the couple and their two children, they knew that a larger home would be much more successful in the Kisimmee vacation rental market. After meeting with a realtor and a builder, they decided to buy a lot in Reunion Resort to build a luxury, seven bedroom home.
The family decided to build a home in Reunion Resort because it is not a cookie cutter community. They were able to truly customize their home without even the smallest limitations. They were able to add unique features, like two master bedrooms and a larger garage. Even more unique was the family's decision to add an ice rink inside their rental property. This was something no one else has done before on the Kissimmee vacation rental market. It helped further set their property apart and bring a taste of their Minnesota roots to their Florida vacation home.
The idea that served for inspiration in creating their luxury mansion in Orlando was to make a home that is so enjoyable and entertaining that visitors can alternate their days at the theme parks with fun filled days at the house. Once they started their partnership with Legacy Builders, they were led to the Jeeves staff. After the majority of the building was complete, Sharon and her team from Jeeves helped the family make furnishing decisions for the house. Now that this beautiful, luxury property is complete, the family rents the Reunion home exclusively through Jeeves when they are not using it personally.
